“Being confident of this very thing, that he who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:” Philippians 1:6(KJV)
GOOD NEWS
All of us at some point in our walk with God have probably wondered will I ever see what has been spoken over my life come to pass? Even the best of us, if the truth really were told, sometimes deal with moments of anxiety concerning our life and what we will be in God. I think there is always a pondering in the minds of people when there is a lapse of time as it relates to the time a “Word” of God is spoken and the time of fulfillment of that “Word.” I want to encourage you and inform you that no matter how long it takes God gives us a blessed assurance that the “Word” that has been spoken over all of our lives will absolutely come to pass in spite of what we may see and even often times feel.
PERSONAL DECLARATION
This week, walk with confidence knowing that God’s Word will not return unto him void but it will accomplish what he has set it out to do. In other words decree and declare that everything that God has said that I would be and accomplish will come to pass and nothing and no one can stop it. When moments of anxiety come rebuke it and tell yourself, “My Prophecy Shall Be Fulfilled!”
“And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.” Mark 16:17-18(KJV)
GOOD NEWS
As you are reading, my heart is to inform you that every believer is an instrument or an extension of God’s power in the earth. I really want to stress every believer because often times we think or have been made to think that the power only resides in the pulpit. When in fact as we have heard the saying, “Power to the People!” I agree with that statement as it pertains to the Christian Church. The power is not for certain people but for all believers to walk in accordance to God’s Word and apply their faith.
PERSONAL DECLARATION
This week, I want you to walk in the power of God and in faith knowing that God has entrusted you to be a representative for him in the earth and to let the world know and see his power in operation. These signs shall follow them that believe. We should take the initiative when it comes to the people we are around and let them know that the power of God is still alive and available to them. The believer should be laying hands, casting out demons and taking the forefront as it pertains to standing up for the Gospel and the Church of Jesus Christ. We have an obligation to let the world know that the church has never lost it’s power and that it is high time for us to let the world know that the signs(demonstration of God’s power) follows the believer.
“Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit.” John 12:24(KJV)
GOOD NEWS
Often times it is the misconception of believer’s to think that just because we are Christians we will not experience the pain of dealing with life issues and circumstances. What should put us at ease when it comes to the trials we face is to understand that God will put no more on us than we are able to bear. The life lesson we should receive from trials is that they are specifically designed to bring out what is in us. Remember the Word of God instructs us that we have treasure in earthen vessels. As we mature in Christ our mindset should be that trials make me better and from them I gain an anointing and experience that I didn’t have prior to going through. No Pain No Gain!
PERSONAL DECLARATION
This week, let’s purpose in our heart that we will not run from our trials, circumstances or pain but rather we will embrace whatever we encounter as an opportunity to go to the next level in God. We should echo what the Apostle Paul said in II Corinthians 12:9, “…Most gladly therefore will I rather boast in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.” No matter what you go through you always win and you always come out on top. Not only do you come out on top, but also you come through with a deeper level of anointing. Remember No Pain, No Gain!
