Phyllis McIntyre shared:
"Create A Chance for A Change to Come"

You have to understand that many people are more accustomed to failure than success. You are the factor to where your road ends and begin. Don’t let anyone devalue your skills and abilities, but always optimize every available opportunity. I have held two full-time jobs since I was seven years old. Shouldn’t have been that way but it was, but once I accepted the present situation, I began to strategize my exit plan. I became a sponge to absorb every bit of information to aid in my destiny: sometimes you have to create a chance for a change to come. This is one of your best options when it comes to people and criticism.

Please consider taking these suggestions as well:

1.  Align yourself with people who have your solution and not your problem.

2.  It’s easy to talk to hear yourself talking; but faith to action to sweat  is the formula to success.

3.  Work the vision until the vision works for you. I know it can be done; it’s like the Bible says, so as a man think so is he.

4.  And, remember that Fear is false evidence appearing real.

Blessing
